Villa Sapphire is a Striking six-bedroom seafront residence on the island of Brac The client acquired the plot following a detailed evaluation by Pin & Pin, who assessed the land and local planning regulations to ensure a seamless development process.
Working closely with the client, we translated their vision into a refined architectural design, creating the exceptional villa standing here today. Once the overall concept was approved, our team collaborated with the renowned Fiona Watkins Design Studio, who brought her expertise to the interior detailing and finishes.
The Villa showcases an impressive array of facilities, including an infinity-edge pool, games room and bar, outdoor kitchen, gym and solar roof system to name a few. It stands as one of the most technically advanced and beautifully finished homes in the region-a project we are truly proud to have delivered.
