In Croatia, there are many risks to a real estate development with potential legal, planning and infrastructure obstacles to overcome before a project can be built. The more information, plans and permits the seller can provide the more valuable and saleable a land plot is.

Even if the land is within a building zone the only way to gain the maximum value of a land plot is to obtain valid building permits for a detailed, well-designed development which is presented to potential buyers in an attractive and open manner. The cost and technical expertise associated with bringing to bringing together all the necessary plans and to demonstrate the viability of a development can be significant.

4. PLANNING STRATEGY

We will develop a comprehensive planning promotion strategy for your land and appoint the best team to deliver the right planning outcome. We can do this in a number of ways:

  • Design a concept for the location which optimizes its potential use.
  • Work with local planning authorities to obtain the required infrastructure.
  • Work with specialist architects, engineers and obtain building permits for a well designed
    development.
5. SALE STRATEGY

We will prepare and adopt a comprehensive sales strategy relevant to your circumstances and that
of the open market at the time.
